As whole piece comes in vacuum-packed entire pieces, we do not remove it from the packing until slicing nor do we mix with other pieces to give the exact weight. This is to ensure that our customers have the freshest uncontaminated piece each time. As such, the meat may deviate in sizes and weight. In the event if the piece chosen and sliced is less, we will refund the difference in weight and packing fees within 24 hrs.
