There is no minimum order. You can order as little as one product from our store.

• Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we deliver island-wide in Singapore.
• How long will it take to deliver my order?
We deliver your order within 2-business days.
• What are the delivery charges?
Free delivery for orders S$150 and above. S$15 delivery fee applies for orders below S$150.
• Can I self pick-up my order?
Unfortunately as our operations are direct from Cold Rooms and processing, cutting and packing facilities only, we do not facilitate pick ups. If you order above $150, you have free delivery provided for.
• Can we change or cancel our order?
All items sold are non refundable. The items cannot be changed or cancelled.
• When will I be charged for my order?
You are charged automatically at point of sale and will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.
• The colour of the meat looks different from the photo. Why is this so?
Colour of the meat may vary from the photo but we can assure you that the meat are cut and vacuum packed fresh on the morning of delivery to be sent out in the afternoon. To ensure that our customers get the freshest possible meat, we do not cut and pack of meat overnight for delivery.
